Not only do we ensure that claims are dealt with quickly and fairly but we will actively help employees get back to work, rather than simply paying people to stay at home. For instance, if your Income Protection scheme pays out from 26 weeks absence we will monitor the employee in question well before this date, offering treatment designed to get them back to work as soon as possible.

However, we can leverage the bulk buying power of larger insurers and their networks to secure international deals to augment national schemes.

Offers a cashback scheme for dentist/optician fees etc. Aimed at employees who are generally healthy but may be concerned about the increasing cost of medical services. Cash is usually paid tax-free.
